Each of Accor’s hotel brands has its own values and standards, which the group continuously and consistently strives to uphold. **Job Description** PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION Assist in performing maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and facilities, following pre-established criteria and procedures, with the aim of ensuring the safety and well-being of guests, in accordance with the brand’s specifications. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, based on checklists for refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, telephones, collective antennas, TV tuning, radios, etc. * Execute the Preventive Maintenance Plan daily. * Replace light bulbs, ballasts, sockets, and other components. * Inspect parking areas and garages; perform necessary repairs. * Handle all administrative tasks within the department, complying with Self-Control processes. * Request and supervise technical visits and third-party maintenance work, as required. * Organize documents, reports, and assessments related to subcontracted maintenance. * Check daily the operation of booster pumps to ensure a continuous 24-hour supply of cold and hot water, and carry out repairs on related hydraulic components (sinks, faucets, etc.). * Keep the workplace and equipment clean and organized. * Perform cleaning and maintenance of paint in technical areas. * Organize documentation from subcontracted companies. * Follow management guidelines regarding selective waste collection, environmental impact, recycling of diesel fuel, light bulbs, and batteries, as well as water, energy, and cleaning product consumption, to meet environmental goals. * Meet departmental targets: Actively contribute to achieving departmental objectives by efficiently executing assigned tasks, aligning with established strategic and operational guidelines. * Participate in mandatory and developmental training: Attend and complete company-required training sessions to maintain and strengthen competencies essential for the role. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational continuity: Provide support to other departments when needed, ensuring smooth processes and uninterrupted organizational operations. * Perform other related duties as required by the department/hotel* Maintenance Assistant * Hotel Ibis Antofagasta * Rotating Shift 6x1\-5x2 (Morning and Afternoon Shifts) * General Maintenance Experience (Hospitality Industry) **Requirements** * Maintenance Assistant * Hotel Ibis Antofagasta * Rotating Shift 6x1\-5x2 (Morning and Afternoon Shifts) * General Maintenance Experience (Hospitality Industry) **Additional Information** We are much more than a global leader.
