




Hogar de Cristo Foundation, under Law No. 21.015 promoting the labor inclusion of persons with disabilities, seeks to fill the position of **Professional Assistant** to work in Estación Central. **Objective**: To assist and support the direct supervisor in daily functions, ensuring orderly documentation and tasks, thereby supporting the leadership team and/or internal clients in accordance with established guidelines and the Foundation’s policies. **Functions**: * Perform administrative tasks, including processing termination documents for courier delivery to notaries, managing petty cash, medical leaves, among others. * Prepare reports and enter data into systems. * Assist the direct supervisor in preparing meetings and daily activities. * Receive and guide community members seeking information. * Send, distribute, and transport physical documentation to regional offices, notaries, and other entities. * Efficiently manage material and informational resources assigned to the position to achieve goals set by the Foundation’s Management and strategic plans of Hogar de Cristo Charity Foundation and its subsidiaries. * Comply with Hogar de Cristo’s ethical and compliance frameworks, and act in accordance with the current Crime Prevention Model developed pursuant to Law No. 20.393, safeguarding institutional responsibility. **Requirements**: * Academic qualification: Technical degree in Administration. * Knowledge of archiving; must be highly proficient in computer use and technological tools (spreadsheets, worksheets, and presentation software). * Minimum two years’ experience in similar positions. **Working Hours**: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Friday until 5:00 p.m. **Location**: Estación Central. **Contract Type**: Temporary replacement due to medical leave We invite you to join Hogar de Cristo Foundation—the largest charity foundation in Chile, widely recognized for its work reducing social exclusion in our country and ranked among the best organizations to work for in Chile according to the international Great Place to Work® 2024 survey.
