We are looking for our next **Commercial Manager** to work at our commercial office in Talca. **Main job responsibilities:** * Lead and implement daily commercial activities within the district, effectively communicating key defined messages. * Analyze and consolidate main district indicators such as Volume, Market Share, Margin, etc., generating reports that support sound decision-making. * Manage, deliver, and make available key performance indicators for the sales force to help achieve sales targets, coverage, margin, etc. * Effectively manage the warehouse and district-related assets, providing support to sales managers regarding asset installation or merchandising materials. * Maintain effective and fluid communication with different company departments (Trade Marketing, Marketing, Pricing, Sales Management, etc.) to achieve targets related to sales goals, market share, and margin. **Requirements:** * Degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related field. * At least 2 years of experience in commercial areas. * Own transportation and valid class B driver's license. * Advanced proficiency in Office tools (Excel) and Power BI.
