




**Job Description:** We are seeking a responsible and committed professional to join our technology team, providing technical support to internal users and ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s IT infrastructure. Essential Requirements **Education and Experience:** **Technical or professional degree in related fields:** Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related disciplines. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar roles (IT support, systems administration, networking, etc.). **Technical Knowledge:** LAN/WAN network administration, configuration of routers and switches. End-user support (Windows, office applications, hardware). Maintenance of physical and/or virtual servers. Basic knowledge of information security and data backup. **Additional Mandatory Skills:** Valid Class B driver’s license (essential for occasional travel). **Personal Competencies:** Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. Proactive response to technical incidents. Strong communication skills with non-technical users. Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site and remote technical support to company users. Install, configure, and maintain equipment, peripherals, and software. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the IT infrastructure. Manage incidents and requests via ticketing system (if applicable). Travel to various locations (offices, branches, clients) as required. Collaborate on technology upgrade projects and process improvement initiatives.
