Manage external funding sources and associated projects 2\. Develop the technical documents required for bidding contracts, projects, and system maintenance 3\. Approve project planning and system process diagrams 4\. Inform the executive committee of requirements 5\. Plan and supervise ERP SAP projects 6\. Define objectives and scope of projects to be carried out within the department, as well as the necessary human and technical resources for their success 7\. Supervise projects and system functionality 8\. Ensure systems under responsibility are updated to the latest versions required by security protocols 9\. Ensure compliance with standards, protocols, and best practices related to the development and maintenance of Institutional Systems 10\. Actively participate in identifying institutional processes requiring implementation of a new information system (developed internally or acquired) for different administrative or academic units 11\.
