Using diverse tools and methodologies, we collaborate on designing organizational structures and responsibilities, attracting appropriate talent, leadership development programs, professional transition programs, market studies on organizational best practices and compensation, as well as talent management and development. **Position Mission:** Our client, a service company, seeks a secretary for its offices located in the city of Antofagasta, to perform administrative/operational tasks. **Job Functions:** * Answering and handling phone calls and communications via other channels; document management; administrative tasks * Entering data into the ERP system * Inventory control and physical inventory taking * Generating reports and reports * Supporting collections-related activities * Ensuring confidentiality of information **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in a related field * Minimum two years’ administrative experience (customer service, ERP usage, basic invoicing) * Knowledge of inventory control and document management **Additional Information:** * On-site work, Monday to Friday * Location: City of Antofagasta * Proficiency in ERP Laudus * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills * Benefit: Complementary health insurance **Requirements:** Relevant university degree Two years’ experience in similar roles Proficiency in inventory control and physical inventory taking ERP Laudus **Offer Conditions:
