Do you want to be part of this change? **What Are We Looking For?** **Education:** * Civil Engineer in Civil Works, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Specialization in Maintenance and Reliability. **General Experience:** * **10 years of professional experience** since graduation. **Specific Experience:** * **5 years of proven experience** in the **development and/or modification of quality and maintenance plans**, related to **electrical assets**. **Responsibilities:** * Design, optimize, and update maintenance plans focused on the reliability of electrical systems. * Identify recurring failures and propose improvements based on data analysis and predictive methodologies. * Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with maintenance teams. * Participate in audits and technical reviews of maintenance plans. * Ensure compliance with applicable technical and regulatory standards for asset reliability.
