We are looking for a passionate **Electrical Construction Manager** with proven field experience and the motivation to leave a mark on every project. **Location:** Santiago. What will be your mission? To ensure the project progresses **according to plan**, safeguarding **deadlines**, **costs**, and **people**. Act as the link between field operations, client, and engineering teams to deliver **safe and high-quality** results. Your day-to-day responsibilities * Plan, create, and control **Gantt charts (critical path, milestones, rescheduling)** in MS Project. * Coordinate teams and subcontractors, ensuring accurate **supply management and quantity takeoffs**. * Manage **valuations, payment statements, RFIs, and scope changes**. * Review drawings and single-line diagrams, ensuring quality and required **electrical testing**. * Maintain updated technical documentation (**as-built, dossier, TE1, meeting minutes, and site logbook**). * Monitor costs, identify deviations, and propose timely solutions. * Report **planned vs. actual progress**, costs, and risks to management team. * Ensure the **safety and well-being** of the team at all times. Requirements: What you need to apply * **5+ years** of experience managing electrical construction projects (industrial/mining/retail or similar). * **Advanced MS Project** (mandatory requirement). * Ability to read technical drawings. * Quantity takeoff experience. * Client/ITO interaction skills. * Cost and contract management skills. * **Class B driver's license** and availability for fieldwork/travel. * Intermediate AutoCAD, Last Planner/Lean knowledge, * **TE1 coordination** experience, * Advanced Excel skills. * RESIDENCE IN TALCA REQUIRED Job type: Full-time Salary: $2,000,000 - $3,000,000 per month Application questions: * Salary expectations * Do you have experience in managing electrical construction projects?
