





We are seeking an HSE or SSOMA Engineer responsible for ensuring proper implementation of Law 16.744 across our projects, advising the company to comply with client requirements and internal regulations regarding occupational health and safety and environmental protection. **Job Responsibilities:** * Conduct detailed risk analysis associated with assembly work, including barrier and panel installation, cabin assembly, working at height, lifting operations, scaffolding erection and dismantling, and operation of high-tonnage load-lifting equipment, etc. * Control and update startup folders, Safe Work Procedures, Risk Matrices, and document management. * Train personnel on associated risks, control strategies, preventive measures, and environmental protection measures. * Effectively monitor and enforce safety measures during work execution. * Advise the work team on conducting ASTs (Safety Task Analyses), Checklists, Work Permits, etc. * Liaise with the Mutual Insurance Expert. * Procure and train staff on the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Coordinate with the client’s Prevention Team, management lines, and ITO (Occupational Health and Safety Inspector). * Implement MINSAL (Ministry of Health) protocols in accordance with the annual plan. * Meet KPIs outlined in the client’s customized plan. * Monitor and manage environmental impact. **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering or a related field. * Five years’ experience in assembly, lifting, and high-altitude work projects. * Proficient user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Responsible, proactive, and skilled in interpersonal communication. * Class B Driver’s License. * Availability to visit three hospitals located in Parral, Cauquenes, and Constitución; employment is for two days per week. Preference will be given to professionals residing in the Maule Region.
