Oversee inventory counts at the store in accordance with established procedures. 2. Supervise the entry and exit of both directly hired and subcontracted personnel working at or performing tasks for the store, verifying compliance with applicable control regulations. 3. Verify that all infrastructure systems supporting sales, customer service, and security are fully operational. 4. Supervise cleaning activities, coordinating necessary corrections with the external company’s responsible person. 5.
