




Is the person responsible for efficiently and effectively preparing food, coordinating their kitchen team, and ensuring a clean, safe workplace equipped with all necessary tools for the proper operation of the casino under their supervision. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for delivering food to customers that meets contractual requirements. * Responsible for supervising and organizing kitchen staff under their supervision. * Comply with personal appearance standards established by Seper S.A. * Comply with hygiene and safety regulations necessary to ensure the safety of processed food. * Responsible for the taste and final presentation of meals. * Responsible for tracking the quantity of prepared meals and received supplies, and keeping their direct supervisor continuously informed of surpluses and losses. * Maintain appropriate records corresponding to their assigned duties. * Responsible for adhering to technical specifications for each preparation. ADDITIONAL DUTIES: * Clean and degrease filters, lamp surfaces, and hoods of the casino’s exhaust system. * In some cases, perform customer service and exclusive sales tasks for specific products. * Serve customers passing through the self-service line. * Deliver prepared meals (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, or light meal) to customers. * Receive container carts used to transport food. * Turn on bain-maries and salad bars, and place food items on them according to the daily menu. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Position type: Full-time Salary: $700,000 per month
