**Company Description:** At Fundación Integra, we value your interest in continuing your professional development, and it is important to provide opportunities that allow talent to be demonstrated and to recognize individuals and teams working in education through the Promotion process. **Job Functions:** CALL EXCLUSIVELY FOR WORKERS FROM NURSERY ROOMS OR KINDERGARTENS OF FUNDACIÓN INTEGRA * Position: Assistant at Kindergarten * Schedule: 8:30 to 17:30 hours * Kindergarten: LAS VIÑITAS * Commune: Pencahue, Corinto S/N (school premises) * Region: Maule OBJECTIVE Contribute, in coordination with the Early Childhood Educator and collaboratively with the team, to the pedagogical processes of the assigned group by implementing environments conducive to the development and learning of all children, through joint work with families and the community. All of this within the framework of the institution's Educational Project (PEI), regulations, policies, and national and institutional guidelines, aiming to ensure high-quality early childhood education. MAIN FUNCTIONS * Contribute to the care and maintenance of physical spaces, equipment, and sanitary conditions of the facility, reporting promptly on conditions in order to foster safe spaces for the comprehensive well-being of all children and the educational community. * Promote and carry out, in coordination with the educator, actions supporting the promotion, management, and monitoring of access, enrollment, attendance, retention, and the educational trajectories of children in the assigned level. * Participate and contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of teaching and learning processes for children in order to support their full development and overall well-being. * Develop practices to establish fluid communication and effective, coordinated teamwork with the director, educator, and classroom team, creating opportunities for collaboration and maintaining an inclusive and respectful work environment. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 1\. Institutional seniority of 18 months. 2\. Indefinite-term contract. Applications from replacement workers may be accepted; however, if selected, the originating region may immediately reclaim their position, meaning that in case of non-confirmation, they cannot return to their original role. 3\. No severe warnings in the last 12 months from the start of the process. 4\. Not having been promoted or transferred via Internal Mobility, Transfer, or Promotion in the last 12 months. 5\. Not having withdrawn from any Transfer, Promotion, or Internal Mobility process in the past year since the process began. 6\. Not being disqualified from applying according to Article 12 of the Internal Regulations on Order, Hygiene, and Safety. 7\. Must be actively performing duties at the time of application; selection is not possible if absent. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS 1\. Medium-level Technical Degree as Assistant at Kindergarten, issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education. 2\. Desirable: Higher-level Technical Degree as Assistant at Kindergarten, issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education. 2\.
