About the Position: Supervise and carry out agricultural tasks according to established budgets and work programs, controlling assigned field resources for various technical activities across Agrichile's business lines: Orchard and Nursery, reporting resource allocation (labor and inputs) into Agrichile's information systems to ensure production efficiency in alignment with Ferrero’s Code of Ethics and policies related to Quality, Sustainability and Risk Prevention. Main Responsibilities: * Execute monthly, weekly and daily progress tracking for labor, machinery, irrigation, fertilization; phytosanitary and herbicide applications, etc. * Conduct weekly meetings with the field supervisor to establish weekly scheduling. * Enter data into company computer systems (management software, irrigation control, etc.) Field review of tasks and overall orchard condition. * Prepare reports and documentation as required by the field supervisor. * Participate in safety committees and coordinate with the risk prevention department. * Actively contribute to cross-field support in terms of resource allocation and assistance to areas not under direct responsibility. * Review machinery status in coordination with operators and the maintenance department. * Review irrigation equipment status in coordination with the Irrigation Team Supervisor and hydraulic department. * Maintain ongoing communication with maintenance, hydraulic and electrical departments to promptly report issues requiring attention. * Provide support, as requested, for proper performance evaluations of supervised personnel. * Actively participate in establishing R\+D trials and contribute to their protection. * Promptly report any deviations from the defined work program to direct supervisors. Who We Are Looking For: * Agricultural Engineer (Desirable) * Higher-level Agricultural Technician * Agricultural management: Execution and experience in handling daily contingencies * Experience managing fruit orchards, especially European hazelnut or nut crops * Knowledge of agricultural machinery * Handling of phytosanitary products * Irrigation management * Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Desired knowledge of certification processes: Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), Sustainability Grown, and ISO 9001:2015\. * Class B driver's license (with experience) * Minimum of 2 agricultural seasons working in an orchard or farm focused on fruit production, preferably European hazelnut or nut crops * Experience managing teams of more than 10 people * At least 2 seasons of nursery management experience (Desirable) * Operation of agricultural machinery (Desirable) How to Succeed in the Role and at Ferrero Consumers, quality and attention are at the heart of everything we do.
