




We at Grupo Grafton are currently seeking an Accounting, Treasury, and HR Manager for the city of Talca. Responsibilities: Plan, direct, and supervise the company's financial operations, including the receipt, analysis, and recording of accounting information, ensuring compliance with current tax regulations and internal control procedures. Maintain reliable financial information through timely reporting that supports strategic decision-making and performance monitoring within the organization. Ensure employee well-being within the department and secure availability of financial resources to meet organizational obligations and goals. Minimum Education * Certified Public Accountant, Business Engineering with a focus in Finance, or related field. Desired Qualifications/Knowledge * Proficiency in basic Office tools. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems. * Experience using and optimizing ERP Resource Planning Systems (Defontana). * Training in Tax Planning and Management. * Familiarity with international accounting standards and accounting convergence processes for aligning financial reports with these standards. * HR management experience. Work Experience * Minimum of 8 years in accounting and taxation. * Minimum of 8 years leading teams
