Then this opportunity is for you! **Position Objective** Lead the Accounting and Treasury department, reporting directly to the General Manager, being responsible for establishing procedures and processes that ensure efficient, automated financial management compliant with current legal regulations. We are looking for a proactive individual with strategic vision and leadership skills to support the growth of an established industrial company. ️ **Main Responsibilities*** Lead and supervise the company's financial\-accounting operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support strategic decision-making. * Monitor cash flow, bank accounts, and fulfillment of financial obligations. * Manage tax planning and compliance, including tax filings and payments. * Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts. * Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely documentation. * Lead and develop the accounting and treasury team, defining roles, responsibilities, and opportunities for continuous improvement. * Implement improvements in processes and technological tools (ERP). ✅ **Profile Requirements*** Professional degree in Auditing, Business Engineering, or related field. * Postgraduate studies desirable: MBA, Master’s in Finance or International Accounting. * Minimum 5 years of experience leading accounting and/or finance departments. * Advanced knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS). * Experience in treasury and tax planning. * Experience in payroll processing is desirable. **Specific Skills*** Advanced Excel and Office tools. * Proficiency in ERP systems management and optimization (preferably Defontana). * Knowledge of quality management systems and occupational health and safety systems is desirable. **Employment Conditions*** **Location**: Talca, on-site mode. * **Contract**: Permanent. * **Schedule**: Full-time. * **Environment**: Professional, dynamic, and focused on continuous improvement. * **Salary**: Competitive, according to experience and qualifications.
