We are looking for an Administration and Finance Leader based in Santiago, Chile, responsible for areas related to payroll, general administration & accounting/taxes. Additionally, promote a culture of continuous improvement and training, aligning departmental strategies with overall company objectives to maximize profitability and minimize financial risks. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Prepare and analyze the company’s financial statements in accordance with established accounting principles and current regulations. * Generate monthly financial closing reports according to the global schedule, providing consolidated details and explanations of key accounts for the agency. * Analyze the Income Statement and its monthly evolution, explaining the most significant variations. * Manage, update, and record disposals of the local Fixed Assets/Inventory. Supervise updates in the ERP system. * Support GAF in the company’s quarterly financial planning. * Supervise budget execution within the administrative area. * Manage the local office operations. * Prevent, control, and mitigate tax, fiscal, labor, and legal risks.
