The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving productive processes based on management indicators, thereby anticipating the company's needs. **Requirements:** 1\. Graduated professional from a technical or academic program in Automotive Mechanics. 2\. Class B driver's license 2\. Demonstrated ability to maintain and improve productive processes. 3\. Solid understanding of management indicators and their application in a workshop environment. 4\. Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure vehicles are delivered within stipulated deadlines. 5\. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with vehicle users. 6\. Proficiency in creating work orders and managing related vehicle and job documentation. 7\. Ability to cross-check information upon closing work orders and ensure follow-up of all entries under their code. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Ensure vehicles are delivered within stipulated deadlines with the agreed maintenance or repairs. 2\. Call the vehicle user to notify them about picking up the unit. 3\. Personally deliver the vehicle to the user, informing them of the details of the repair or maintenance performed. 4\. Create work orders and manage all documentation related to the vehicle and the work being performed on it. 5\. Cross-check information when closing work orders for all entries under their code.
