This role is key to supervising and optimizing daily operations, ensuring proper system administration, efficient vehicle and bidding management, cost control, and billing accuracy. **Main Responsibilities:** **System Administration:** Inventory control, correct vehicle assignment, and bid management. **Billing and Pre-billing Management:** Process automation and charge validation. **Rental Extension Control:** Proactive tracking to prevent delays in renewals or returns. **GPS Supervision:** Ensure each vehicle has an operational GPS before use. **Requirements:** **Education:** Technical or professional degree in logistics, administration, supply chain, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in logistics, Rent a Car, or similar operations. **Technical Skills:** ERP proficiency, advanced Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, charts), and inventory management systems. **Key Skills:** Organization, time management, effective communication, analytical ability, and problem-solving. **We Offer:** Opportunities for growth within the Holding.
