**Job Objective** Provide general maintenance services to buildings, warehouses, offices, and various types of companies, ensuring quality, operational continuity, and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities (painting, general repairs, and basic electrical work). * Respond to daily repair requests and ensure service quality. * Install and commission equipment at client premises. * Conduct pre-visit assessments to identify requirements and coordinate technical needs. * Train operators on the correct use of equipment. * Manage spare parts inventory and maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition. * Record diagnoses, failures, activities, and materials used in management software. * Support equipment repairs and cleaning in the workshop. * Offer complementary products and services during visits. * Maintain confidentiality of information and contribute to a positive **Required ProfileEducation** * Technical qualification (mandatory requirement). **Experience** * **1 to 3 years** of experience in similar positions. * Experience in maintenance within **manufacturing, production, or process** sectors.
