In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Acquire customers according to the target market and segment. Manage the customer portfolio by segment. Contribute to achieving financial, insurance product, profitability, and long-term customer relationship goals for the Bank. Handle operational and/or customer service requests. Contribute to meeting Bci-defined service standards and customer retention targets. To succeed in this position, you need: Critical knowledge: Google Suite and Microsoft Office proficiency – Expert level: Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
