




The main functions and responsibilities of this position are as follows: * Support and execute defined operational and Quality processes, ensuring timely and proper compliance. * Execute Quality department processes to support compliance with applicable legal and internal company regulations and requirements. * Properly handle cash and valuables in the register, in alignment with Finance department procedures. * Assist in the accurate management of physical stock for daily store control and inventory preparation. * Contribute to the proper execution of the store’s commercial offering, adhering to established guidelines to meet customer needs. * Execute procedures defined by Human Resources. * Collaborate and execute proper store replenishment and commercial offering to satisfy customer needs. * Store opening at the location where services are rendered (in cases where the work shift begins at opening time), ensuring operational readiness and customer service. * Store closing at the location where services are rendered (in cases where the work shift ends at closing time). * Ensure the safeguarding of assets (machinery, products, keys, cash, etc.) located within the store, always complying with the company’s safety and risk prevention regulations designed to protect your physical and psychological well-being. * Responsible for correctly selecting and preparing products included in orders placed via delivery platforms and applications.
