Job description: Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities at the plant facilities. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards across all maintenance operations. Plan and implement strategies to optimize resources and reduce downtime. Prepare periodic reports on equipment status and maintenance activities performed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper operation of production lines. Supervise the correct implementation of current regulations. Participate in identifying and executing continuous improvement projects. Candidate profile (Male/Female): The selected candidate must meet the following requirements: Technical or professional education in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Prior experience supervising maintenance in the food and/or industrial sector. Proficiency in maintenance management software tools. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
