At **AEROSAN**, we are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our team in **Pudahuel for Pre- and Post-Natal leave**. The role focuses on preparing and executing human resources management processes, centered on the employee lifecycle, to support compliance with current legal regulations within the company. **Responsibilities** * Carry out activities related to the compensation process in systems (receiving, processing, generating, and validating information). * Verify the personnel master file to keep updated records of hires, terminations, renewals, internal transfers, etc. * Prepare and reconcile the master list with attendance control records to generate payroll reports and payroll-related updates. * Manage compensation processes associated with EST, including reviewing payroll disbursement lists, settlements, social security contributions, and pre-invoices to ensure their accurate provision. * Analyze data to generate reporting deliverables requested by direct supervisors (e.g., contract expirations, internal transfers, absences, overtime hours, etc.). * Produce monthly management reports derived from the monthly compensation process. **Requirements** Professionals: Degree in Human Resources Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Knowledge: Labor legislation, payroll processing. BUK (Mandatory). Experience: Minimum 2 years in Human Resources.
