The main objective of this position is to guarantee the efficient operation of maintenance systems, coordinate technical staff, and ensure achievement of daily service targets. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance tasks at assigned facilities. * Coordinate and monitor the work of technical personnel, ensuring compliance with procedures and safety regulations. * Prepare technical and operational reports as required by management. * Verify the proper use of materials, tools, and equipment. * Address client requests and propose continuous process improvements. * Coordinate scheduled and emergency maintenance activities, ensuring service continuity. Requirements: * Academic background: Technician or Engineer in Maintenance, Electricity, HVAC, Mechanics, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 years leading maintenance teams or in technical supervision roles. * Knowledge: Intermediate level in Office tools and ability to read electrical or mechanical drawings (desirable). * Competencies: Leadership, operational planning, results orientation, commitment to safety, and problem-solving skills.
