Your key responsibilities will include: * Oversee compliance with all security-related tasks mandated by regulations, supporting merchandise control and gap management. * Manage and prepare all required legal documentation for the Security Department. * Supervise all activities mandated by the Company’s higher-level authorities—including audits, fixed asset controls, merchandise receiving checks, store openings and closings, and cash register operations, among others. * Monitor all activities, fixed assets, and personnel matters that could affect store operations or compromise customer safety—and promptly report any incidents to the relevant authorities. * Plan guard shift schedules in accordance with current labor legislation and internal company policies.
