Conduct sales, coordinate deliveries, and manage orders with suppliers. **Job Description** ---------------------- At Sodimac, we are looking for a new team member to join our store. We seek a motivated, committed, and energetic individual to join our Castro store team, advising our customers on their purchases and projects. Mission Guide and assist customers regarding the products and services offered by the store in the high-volume sales area. What will be your main responsibilities? * Assist customers in person and by phone, via email and personal mobile phones. * Capture customer requirements and arrange or coordinate product delivery. * Provide information on products, features, stock availability, pricing, and services. * Prepare documents such as sales orders and quotations. * Coordinate orders and track specific sales. * Maintain files and documentation of product delivery commitments to customers. * Conduct sales under special conditions for customers not assigned to promoter sales portfolios. * Invoice the customer's purchase order. * Negotiate and manage product shortages by generating purchase orders to suppliers.
