This is an opportunity to take on a key role in a growing operation. We are seeking an **Inventory Manager** with analytical insight, leadership capability, and results orientation. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing stock levels, and identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce losses, and increase efficiency. Salary and Conditions * **Salary: CLP $1,400,000 – $2,000,000 gross per month** * Performance-based bonuses, per company policy * Full-time position * Monday to Friday * On-site or hybrid work mode, depending on operational needs * Flexible working hours within operational requirements * Professional training and development * Internal growth opportunities For senior profiles with responsibility over multiple warehouses, distribution centers, or large inventory volumes, compensation may be higher. Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end inventory management and control. * Supervise product receipts, shipments, and movements. * Ensure accuracy between physical inventory and system records. * Plan and supervise cyclic and periodic inventory counts. * Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies. * Monitor shrinkage, losses, and obsolete items. * Analyze inventory turnover and stock levels. * Define replenishment needs jointly with Procurement and Supply. * Maintain optimal stock levels. * Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch processes. * Prepare inventory and management reports. * Monitor inventory and operational KPIs. * Identify cost-saving and continuous improvement opportunities. * Coordinate with Logistics, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations. * Supervise and develop the inventory team. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety standards.
