Job Summary: We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Chemist to assume the role of Technical Manager at a pharmacy, with a central responsibility in regulatory compliance and the provision of safe, high-quality care. A close-knit, collaborative, and stable work environment. We are looking for a Pharmaceutical Chemist to join an independent pharmacy located in Curicó and assume its Technical Management role. We seek a professional who is rigorous in their practice, approachable in customer service, and capable of collaborating effectively with the team. This position plays a central role in the pharmacy’s operations—both in regulatory compliance and in delivering safe, high-quality care. What will your responsibilities be? * Exercise Technical Management of the establishment. * Ensure compliance with health regulations and internal procedures. * Supervise medication dispensing and proper storage conditions. * Manage records, logs, and controls required by health authorities. * Review inventories, expiration dates, storage conditions, and product receipt. * Provide technical support and guidance to staff. * Address customer inquiries and deliver pharmaceutical counseling. * Supervise and validate daily cash closures, reconciliations, and bank deposits, ensuring accurate recording and documentation of each transaction. What do we require? * Professional degree as a Pharmaceutical Chemist. * Valid registration in the National Registry of Individual Health Providers. * Availability to work on-site full-time in Curicó. * Responsibility, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. * Prior experience in pharmacy settings and in Technical Management roles will be valued.
