Job Summary: Colas Group is seeking a Plant Daily Worker to support cleaning tasks, fine finishing of construction works and signage, ensuring quality, safety, and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in construction sites and plants with cleaning and material handling. 2. Collaborate in preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs. 3. Assist in coordinating equipment and machinery during asphalt placement. Job Description: **We build roads and create opportunities!** At Colas Group, we are looking for a Plant Daily Worker to join our team. **Your main objective will be:** To support cleaning tasks, fine finishing of construction works and signage assigned at ongoing projects, in accordance with the company’s quality, safety, and environmental standards, as well as applicable legislation. Main Responsibilities: * Maintain cleanliness and order at construction sites and plants by performing cleaning tasks and transporting materials to authorized areas. * Support asphalt plant operations by visually monitoring their functioning and promptly reporting any anomalies or failures detected. * Collaborate in preventive maintenance tasks and minor repairs of equipment and facilities. * Perform support tasks in construction activities, including backfilling, excavation, surface watering, and handling of hand tools and small equipment. * Carry out loading, unloading, transportation, and stacking of materials, respecting work procedures, instructions, and permitted load limits. * Assist in coordinating and guiding equipment and machinery during asphalt mixture placement, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. * Support civil works activities, including demolitions, concrete transportation, and other operational tasks required by supervision. Job Requirements: **Education:** * Completed secondary education **Experience:** * Position oriented toward candidates with or without prior experience, who are interested in learning and developing operational skills. **Knowledge and Requirements:** * Fine motor skills. * Use of basic tools such as shovels, picks, and wheelbarrows. * Basic knowledge of occupational risk prevention standards.
