Responsibilities * Perform food production tasks in the kitchen area and implement hygiene standards for food preparation; * Carry out preparatory operations for food preparation: cleaning, washing, as well as chopping, cutting, mixing, grinding, blending, and sifting fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy products and derivatives, cereals, flours, legumes, and other ingredients as required. * Participate in the preparation of standard or special meals, including food preparation and cooking. * Work in hot, cold, and pastry sections. * Assemble and serve meals to patients and staff; distribute meals to rooms and dining areas according to the prescribed diet type and daily schedule. * Working Hours Rotating 6x1 shifts * Morning shift: 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM * Afternoon shift: 4:15 PM – 12:30 AM Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience working in mass collective catering kitchens. * Basic knowledge of food handling in collective catering. * Ability to work effectively in a team and in a dynamic environment. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
