Position Summary: Farmacias Ahumada is seeking Pharmaceutical Chemists for the assistant manager position in Chimbarongo, responsible for pharmacy operations, supervision, and coordination. Order, inventory, and regulatory compliance management Farmacias Ahumada is currently seeking Pharmaceutical Chemists to serve as assistant pharmacy managers located in Chimbarongo. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Open or close the pharmacy by inspecting all areas to ensure operations begin at the scheduled time and proceed normally. 2\. Supervise and monitor customer service to deliver high-quality service. 3\. Schedule staff shifts using the internal system to comply with current legal restrictions. 4\. Periodically coordinate current product displays according to criteria defined by the Company. 5\. Process requests for magistral prescriptions, verify their pricing, submit them to the Magistral Prescription Department, receive the prepared products, verify their formulation against the prescription, contact the customer, and request pickup or delivery. 6\. Continuously review pharmacy supply and material requisitions via the system to ensure appropriate usage and avoid negatively impacting pharmacy management. 7\. Place orders via the system to maintain adequate product stock levels, enabling sales and preventing stockouts. 8\. Represent the Company before labor regulatory agencies and the Health Service to comply with current legal regulations. **Location:** Chimbarongo (VI Region) **Schedule:** Rotating shifts, 6 days on / 1 day off, Monday through Saturday (with availability to work two Sundays per month). Requirements **Required Profile:** Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or degree validation for foreign applicants. Availability to work rotating shifts.
