Applies Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Continuous Improvement Engineer** to identify optimization opportunities and develop initiatives that improve the productivity, efficiency, quality, and safety of our industrial and production processes. The selected candidate will work alongside operations, production, maintenance, and logistics teams, driving improvement projects with direct impact on organizational performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze production and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities. * Design and implement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and efficiency. * Collect and analyze performance indicators to detect deviations and trends. * Coordinate improvement projects with production, maintenance, logistics, and quality teams. * Identify root causes of problems and develop corrective action plans. * Standardize processes and update work procedures. * Monitor results and measure the impact of implemented improvements. * Prepare reports and present progress, results, and opportunities to management. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Industrial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Process Engineering**, or a related field. * 2–4 years of experience in continuous improvement, processes, or operations. * Preferred experience in industrial, aquaculture, food, or logistics environments. * Knowledge of **Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S**, or other improvement methodologies. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. * Ability to analyze indicators and develop action plans. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. * Results-oriented mindset, analytical thinking, and initiative.
