A company in the water industry is looking for a Document Control Analyst to provide commercial administrative support to the sales team in the Transport segment, managing supply and service contracts awarded to the company; the candidate must serve as the main point of contact with clients, prepare payment statements, request client approvals (conformities), and handle sales and service invoicing. Responsibilities Manage contracts in the Transport segment. Actively track documentation, purchase orders (POs), client approvals (conformities), and shipments. Support the preparation of transactional commercial proposals (e.g., spare parts). Prepare payment statements. Education and Experience: Technical or university degree in Business Administration, Commercial Assistant, or related field. Ideal: 2–3 years of experience in similar roles. Intermediate English proficiency is desirable. Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Working Conditions: Work Mode: Hybrid. Office location: Concepción. On-site attendance: 2–3 days per week at the office, depending on operational requirements; remaining workdays conducted remotely.
