MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide on-site or remote resolution of contingencies within their scope of responsibility occurring at Regional Offices, Kindergartens, and Daycare Centers that may disrupt operational continuity. * Attend and manage helpdesk tickets assigned to the area, resolving them within established timeframes. * Coordinate the installation process of connectivity services at kindergartens and the Regional Office, ensuring users have functional technological tools. * Perform configuration, updates, and backups of institutional equipment and other technological tools. * Carry out necessary repairs and/or maintenance for proper functioning of equipment and network systems at Kindergartens and Daycare Centers. * Advise or train Regional Teams and Educational Teams regarding computer support or other matters related to their work area. REQUIREMENTS 1\. Professional degree from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education, related to the following areas: Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Technical Support, Telecommunications, and Networks. 2\.
