A leading company in the agricultural sector is looking for an R&D Assistant to work at a farm located in Camarico. Main responsibilities: * Support the execution of field trials and scientific research studies according to established protocols. * Conduct setup and measurements for field and laboratory trials. * Record technical information and digitize data into digital platforms. * Perform data analysis using statistical tools and prepare results reports. * Provide technical support in the field and participate in training sessions. * Maintain constant communication regarding the progress of trials and studies. * Comply with safety standards, internal policies, and operational procedures. Specific knowledge: * Proficiency in Office 365 (intermediate Excel, Word). * Data recording and digitization on digital platforms. * Data analysis using statistical software (desirable). * Minor export logistics (desirable). * Basic/intermediate English (desirable). Required experience: * Higher education or professional technical degree in related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in Research and Development and/or fieldwork. * Planning, organizational, teamwork, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.
