Vacation Program at My Kindergarten * Kindergarten: Chañar * Commune: Concepción * Region: Biobío * Period: January - February 2026 **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Collaborate in the development of the Vacation Program at My Kindergarten, working as a team with the Educator and in partnership with families and the community, within the framework of the Educational Quality Policy, to contribute to the comprehensive well-being of children. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop, together with the classroom team, the program for children in the assigned level. * Carry out processes of reflection, analysis, and feedback on pedagogical practices carried out, to promote improvement in learning quality and strengthen the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of the team. * Collaborate in the implementation and evaluation of actions for dissemination, exchange, and mutual support with the educational community related to their assigned group, to encourage participation in the development of the educational project and achievement of its objectives. * Promote compliance with conditions established in institutional regulations regarding safety, food, hygiene, cleanliness, rights protection, and the comprehensive well-being of children in the assigned group, and promptly report any detected alert situations and/or rights violations. REQUIREMENTS **1\. Education:** Early Childhood Assistant - Higher Level Technical Graduate. Early Childhood Assistant - Medium Level Technical Graduate. Early Childhood Assistant - Higher Level Technical Student. Special Education or equivalent - Higher Level Technical Graduate. Special Education or equivalent - Higher Level Technical Student. Early Childhood Education - Regular student with at least 4 semesters completed. Early Childhood Education - Regular second-year student. Professional from other Pedagogy careers - Graduate. Example: Elementary, Special Education, Music Education, Art Education, Physical Education, etc. Professional from other Pedagogy careers - Graduate. Elementary Education Pedagogy - Regular student with at least 4 semesters completed. Early Childhood Assistant - Higher Level Technical, regular second-year student. Early Childhood Assistant - Higher Level Technical, regular student with at least 1 semester completed. Secondary Teaching License, with a course of at least 60 hours in Early Childhood Assistant.
