We are actively seeking our next "**TECHNICAL ANALYST IN CONNECTIVITY AND NETWORKS**" whose main objective will be to provide support, implementation, and maintenance of computer systems, both new and existing. **Some of your responsibilities:** * Carry out daily scheduled and structured activities according to each shift, prioritizing defined needs and urgencies, providing timely support for continuous operations. * Develop, execute, and deliver shift reports (day and night), reflecting issues that could not be addressed and/or resolved internally or externally, ensuring timely submission to the appropriate party. * Provide advice and guidance regarding computer and network assets, systems, and equipment, ensuring their proper functioning with internal and external clients. * Effectively restart NVRs of active clients according to schedule and through defined channels. * Implement, within established deadlines and schedules, branch status updates for clients as required. * Attend to requests from internal clients, focusing on the Operations Department, carrying out requirements based on business priority and needs, within the scope defined for the parties involved. * Perform configuration and/or update of security equipment and cameras according to defined technical parameters.
