Your main objective will be to support the company's operational and strategic management, ensuring efficient communication, project follow-up, and adoption of innovative technologies to enhance business development. Key responsibilities include: * Supervise and manage all communications from initiation to closure of matters, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution. * Attend client meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on established commitments. * Coordinate trade shows, presentations, and booth setups, including commercial negotiations, payments, and management of promotional activities. * Monitor Research, Development, and Innovation (R&D) programs, promotional and marketing initiatives, including the creation and management of audiovisual materials. * Prepare presentations and conduct research on technological information relevant to the organization. * Operate software applications, robotics, artificial intelligence, and machine vision systems related to the business. Ideal Profile: * Academic Background: Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * At least 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Advanced English proficiency required. * Valid passport required. * Availability for travel and remote work. * Driver's license desirable.
