




**Company Description:** Our commitment is to provide quality early childhood education to girls and boys throughout the country, and with your work, you can contribute so that our efforts bring increasing benefits We invite you to join Fundación Integra! **Job Functions:** Integra, a non-profit institution that is part of the Network of Foundations of the Presidency and a leader in early childhood education in Chile, with more than 25,000 female and male workers nationwide, seeks: * Position: Administrative Assistant * Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM * Commune: San Pedro de la Paz * Region: Biobío * Period: Replacement **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Manage and carry out the administrative and operational processes of the Kindergarten or Daycare Center by providing comprehensive support to the team, ensuring the proper functioning of the facility, timely attention to families, and promoting the well-being of children, in accordance with the institution's Educational Project, institutional guidelines, and current regulations. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Contribute to the care and maintenance of physical spaces, equipment, and sanitary conditions of the facility, promptly reporting to the director any issues and managing possible repairs, in order to ensure safe spaces for the overall well-being of all children and the educational community. * Administer, verify, and keep updated information regarding children and families related to admission processes, enrollment, daily attendance, slot management, waiting lists, and cycle completion for use in relevant administrative procedures. * Manage the dissemination of documents, guidelines, and relevant information in coordination with the educational team, using communication methods appropriate to the context, ensuring families and the community are informed about activities and the general operation of the facility according to institutional guidelines. * Communicate and generate necessary alerts to the director or substitute regarding any indicators of potential rights violations or risk situations affecting children, in order to promptly activate the corresponding protocols and ensure their well-being. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree at intermediate level in Business Administration, Secretarial studies, or related field, from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education. * One (1) year of experience in a similar position. * Desirable: one (1) year of experience in educational institutions related to operational-administrative areas. **Specific knowledge in:** * Administration and Finance (basic) * Customer Service * Document Management * Resource Management * First Aid * Human Resources * Administrative Writing * Desirable: Labor Legislation * Desirable: Digital Literacy Course * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and similar) * Technological Platforms **IMPORTANT:** You must complete your application, answer the advertisement questions, and upload all requested documents.
