At LL Consulting, we are looking for the best **Accounting Analyst – Replacement** for our important client in Concepción. Your main challenge will be to **record** all payments related to student enrollments and tuition fees from parents or guardians, as well as other funds collected on behalf of the Corporation. Additionally, you will support the financial accounting department in recording accounting and tax documents, as well as analyzing various accounts. Your main responsibilities include: * **Receive and process** direct cash, checks, credit cards, bank transfers, web payments, and promissory notes. * **Process** payments received through banks, Servipag, Webpay, or other methods authorized by the Corporation. * **Receive** boxes from schools containing enrollment documentation, review them, and deliver them to the appropriate department. * **Perform** daily cash reconciliation with a count of each payment type to be delivered in the afternoon to the Accounting Analyst. * **Record and archive** daily all documentation associated with tuition-related income and other collected revenues. * **Enter** monthly collection data from external collection agencies. * **Enter** monthly collection data from external collection agencies. * **Send** collection letters and emails regarding protested documents. * **Provide** information on monthly payments, payment methods, certificates, enrollments, and fees. **Ideal Profile**: * Certified Public Accountant, Commercial Engineer, or Industrial Engineer (graduate or licensed). * Knowledge of current accounting regulations, preferably with focus on the educational sector. * Proficient in SAP Business One. * Minimum experience: At least 1 year directly related to the role. * If you meet the requirements, apply now!
