




**JOB PROFILE** **Position:** Management Control Department Assistant **Area:** Control, Logistics and Management **Reports to:** Control Department Manager **Location:** Elena Group's central office, with occasional remote or field support depending on project needs. **Contract type:** Fixed term 1 month (renewable for 1 additional month / subsequently indefinite based on performance). **Work schedule:** 44 hours per week (Law 21\.561\) **Net salary:** **$800\.000\.**\- **GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION** Support the Control Department in collecting, recording, verifying, and analyzing operational and financial information, contributing to management reporting, cost and expense control, and tracking of key efficiency indicators. The role ensures that data from projects, machinery, and administrative areas are correctly entered, validated, and consolidated for decision-making by supervisors and management. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Operational control and record keeping** * Enter and validate daily data on fuel consumption, tolls, travel allowances, and performance of machinery, vehicles, others. * Update control spreadsheets (Excel / KAME system or Office 365\) ensuring accuracy and traceability of information. * Consolidate daily and weekly reports by project, truck, machinery, equipment, others. * **Support in management analysis** * Prepare control and performance reports for equipment (machine hours, kilometers traveled, liters consumed). * Assist in building cost matrices, monthly balances, and performance comparisons. * Generate charts or executive summaries for review by the control manager and management. * **Administrative and documentation support** * Review that fuel requests, petty cash, and payment requests have proper supporting documentation. * Organize, archive, and digitize receipts, vouchers, invoices, and forms associated with each cost center. * Maintain updated database of equipment (various), drivers, and active projects. * **Communication and coordination** * Coordinate with HR, Accounting, Maintenance, and Logistics the flow of information required for control reports. * Support implementation of new procedures, forms, and protocols defined by the Administration and Control Submanagement. * Communicate early warnings about detected deviations or anomalies (excessive consumption, input errors, data discrepancies, others). * **Technological support** * Use online management tools (KAME, advanced Excel, SharePoint, Office 365\). * Participate in process automation and improvements in control systems. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** * Technical degree in Administration, Accounting, Auditor Accountant, Engineering in Execution or Management Control. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in similar roles (accounting assistant, control analyst, management administrator). * Desired experience in construction companies or handling road projects and equipment. **Technical skills:** * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards). * ERP systems (ideally KAME or similar). * Knowledge in data analysis **(mandatory).** * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams). **Personal competencies:** * High organizational ability and attention to detail. * Responsibility and commitment to information accuracy. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks. * Proactivity in improving processes and reports. **FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS** **Internal:** * Reports directly to the Control Manager. * Ongoing coordination with Finance, HR, Maintenance, Logistics, and Operations. * Cross-functional support to project administrators in submitting information. **External:** * Occasional contact with suppliers (fuel, transportation, tolls) to validate information or documentation.
