We are looking for a professional with experience in **Power BI**, working on a **project basis**, capable of transforming data into strategic information for decision-making. Your main responsibility will be connecting, modeling, and analyzing databases, developing **interactive dashboards** and reports that provide clear and timely visibility to the organization. **Responsibilities:** * Connect and manage various **data sources** (SQL, Excel, ERP, CRM, among others). * Design, develop, and maintain **Power BI reports and dashboards**. * Create optimized data models and table relationships for efficient analysis. * Develop indicators (KPIs) and management metrics tailored to the company's needs. * Implement **report automation processes** and data updates. * Collaborate with different departments (operations, finance, sales, etc.) to gather requirements and translate them into concrete analyses. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and security. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in **Power BI** (minimum 2 years). * Solid knowledge of **data modeling, DAX, and Power Query**. * Proficiency in **SQL** and experience working with relational databases. * Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information. * ETL (extraction, transformation, and loading of data) experience is desirable. * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable for handling technical documentation. **Personal competencies:** * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively with non-technical departments. * Proactive in proposing improvements in data management and reporting. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Management Control, or related fields.
