At LL Consulting, we are currently looking for an **IT Support professional in Quality Assurance** for our key client located in Greater Concepción. The role involves ensuring the quality of software products and services by executing manual and automated tests, verifying compliance with defined technical and functional requirements, and actively collaborating across the full development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities include: * Design, plan, and execute functional and non-functional test plans. * Identify, document, and track defects and issues using management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello. * Automate tests using tools like Selenium and JMeter to increase efficiency and coverage. * Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and other technical teams to identify and resolve issues. * Participate in planning and review meetings to ensure requirements are testable. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies. * Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in quality assurance. Ideal Profile: * Academic Background: Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Applied Computing Engineering, or a related field. * Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (preferred). * Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies such as Selenium, JIRA, JMeter, among others. * Knowledge of programming languages. * Residency in Greater Concepción.
