Technology · Santiago de Chile · Hybrid **Join our technology team as a Platform Implementation and Support Engineer!** At **Tinet** we are looking for a **Platform Implementation and Support Engineer** with strong technical expertise and a problem-solving orientation to join our team. ##### **Position Objective:** The role focuses on leading the complete cycle of installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our platform, acting as the main technical reference to proactively diagnose and resolve any challenge. **Responsibilities:** * Lead end\-to\-end platform implementation in client environments. * Supervise installation and orchestration using Kubernetes, Helm, and Istio. * Implement and maintain CD processes through ArgoCD or Jenkins. * Resolve incidents through deep debugging in applications, infrastructure, and data. * Diagnose network issues related to Nginx, VPNs, Firewalls, and SSL Certificates. * Manage databases such as Neo4j, Postgres, and Chromadb during updates and maintenance. * Administer Linux infrastructure, automating tasks via Shell Scripting. * Collaborate with internal teams using Git, Bitbucket, and Pull Request (PR) workflows. **Requirements:** * 4\+ years of experience in software development or architecture roles. * Proficiency in the following technologies and tools: * Kubernetes, Helm, Istio * ArgoCD, Jenkins * Nginx, VPNs, Firewalls, SSL Certificates * Neo4j, Postgres, Chromadb * Linux, Shell Scripting * Git, Bitbucket * Experience performing advanced debugging and resolving complex incidents. * Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and with an analytical focus. ##### **Conditions** * Hybrid working model. * Permanent contract. * We're waiting for you!
