Provide technical assistance and train staff on technology usage. **DEPOT PARTS**, a leading supplier of Caterpillar spare parts and components, with operations in the United States, Chile, and Peru, is seeking a Supply Chain and International Trade Coordinator to join its operations and business team. **Who Are We?** Depot Parts is a major service and solutions provider for the mining industry, specializing in Product Support. Our mission is to supply spare parts and components for large-scale mining equipment—including shovels, trucks, wheel loaders, and auxiliary equipment—from renowned brands such as Caterpillar, Epiroc, and Komatsu. **Job Description:** We require an expert IT support engineer to ensure the smooth operation of the organization’s technological equipment infrastructure. RESPONSIBILITIES: * **Incident Management:** Resolve failures in computers, printers, servers, and networks—both on-site and remotely. * **Systems Administration:** Install and update operating systems, software applications, and collaboration tools. * **Security and Access Control:** Implement cybersecurity protocols, manage passwords, and configure employee access rights and permissions. * **User Support:** Provide technical assistance by resolving queries and training staff on proper technology usage. * **Infrastructure Support:** Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, and assist users to maintain team productivity. * Technical or engineering degree in computer science. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the field. * Availability to attend on-site one day per week.
