The project operates within agile cells where Product Owners, Developers, QA engineers, and Business Analysts collaborate to deliver human-centered digital experiences aligned with business objectives. Apply directly through getonbrd.com. ### **Functions and Responsibilities** * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, backlog refinements) to align objectives and prioritize deliverables. * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to define, test, and validate design hypotheses. * Design coherent, accessible, and consistent interfaces aligned with existing design systems. * Translate research insights and data into usable and measurable solutions. * Create and maintain user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and UI components. * Contribute strategic vision to the definition of end-to-end experiences. ### **Requirements and Experience** Minimum Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience working in agile cells (Scrum or Kanban). * Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Jira, Miro, or other collaborative platforms. * Knowledge of design systems, accessibility, and user-centered design methodologies. * Ability to iterate rapidly, incorporate feedback, and align design with business metrics. * Skill in communicating design ideas and decisions to non-specialist teams. Desirable (non-exclusive): * Experience with complex digital products or in the financial sector. * Basic knowledge of analytics, experimentation (A/B testing), and research. ### **Desirable Qualifications** Experience in complex financial projects, familiarity with analytics tools, and user research experience are valued.
