We seek a creative, analytical, and highly adaptable professional capable of developing digital solutions for various companies within the holding group—spanning sectors such as technology, automotive, real estate, agriculture, and more. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design user-centered digital experiences, ensuring usability and accessibility. * Collaborate with development, marketing, and product teams in defining user flows, prototypes, and visual structures. * Research and analyze user needs to optimize the final experience. * Maintain visual and functional consistency across projects from different companies within the holding group. * Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of internal platforms, websites, and applications. **Skills and Competencies:** * Proficiency in UX/UI design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or others). * Ability to understand diverse audiences and business objectives. * Critical thinking, creativity, and results orientation. * Knowledge of information architecture, wireframing, and responsive design. * Teamwork skills, ability to communicate ideas effectively, and adaptability to dynamic environments.
