Job Summary: We are seeking a Prototyper Designer to join a multidisciplinary team on digital innovation projects, optimizing user experience and facilitating cross-departmental communication. We are an IT Services and Consulting company. We are looking for **a Prototyper Designer** to join a multidisciplinary team and participate in digital innovation projects. The role aims to **design, model, and validate functional prototypes** that optimize user experience and facilitate communication among business, design, and technology development teams. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design low- and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. * Collaborate with UX/UI teams, developers, and QA to validate ideas and requirements. * Apply design thinking methodologies and user testing. * Ensure visual consistency and usability in delivered prototypes. * Propose customer experience improvements through creative and feasible solutions. **Requirements:** * Degree in Design, Digital Communication, Computer Science Engineering, or related field. * Prior experience as a Prototyper or in UX/UI roles, minimum 3 years. * Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Sketch (or equivalent). * Knowledge of digital usability and accessibility principles. * Agile/Scrum environment experience is desirable. **Competencies:** * Creativity and innovation. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Adaptability and proactivity. * Requires an autonomous professional with high frustration tolerance, strong collaborative work ethic, and stress management capability
