Join us as our next **Digital Product Manager** at **Casa Central Achs** and together, let’s make Chile the country that best cares for workers and their families. **What are the objectives of the role?** Lead the strategy and evolution of key digital products such as the telemedicine platform, omnichannel outreach solution, and clinical management systems including scheduling and patient workflows. This role is responsible for transforming the healthcare experience for our patients and affiliates by leveraging the potential of Artificial Intelligence to accelerate innovation, personalize care at scale, and build technological solutions that are not only disruptive but also robust, secure, and scalable. **What will be your main challenges?** * Propose and build innovative solutions that integrate AI in an ethical and effective manner, solving complex problems faced by patients and healthcare professionals. * Design End\-to\-End Solutions, acting as a "Proto\-Architect", engaging from ideation through technical feasibility of products. You will need to model workflows, understand system architectures, and collaborate closely with architects to design viable solutions. * Lead and align high-performing, multifunctional teams including developers, UX/UI designers, architects, data scientists, and clinical and business stakeholders. * Make decisions with Augmented Intelligence, moving beyond traditional data analysis to interpreting insights and predictive models generated by AI, using this information to make strategic decisions that directly impact people's health. * Define ambitious OKRs for the entire digital portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy. * Map and redesign the customer experience (Customer Journey) from end to end. * Rapidly create and test concepts using fast prototyping tools such as Figma, Bolt, or similar. **Desired Profile** ------------------ **What requirements must you meet?** * **Education:** Civil Engineering or related field. * **Experience:** At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role, managing the full lifecycle of digital products in agile environments. * Technical Knowledge: Comfortable discussing software architectures, API design, and cloud services. You should understand the fundamentals of how digital products are built and scaled. * Demonstrate experience or a strong practical interest in applying Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML) to digital products. . You don’t need to be a data scientist, but you should speak their language! * Desired: Prior experience in the healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries.
