We are a Services and Consulting Company in the IT field. We are looking for a **Prototyper Designer** to join a multidisciplinary team, to participate in digital innovation projects. The role's objective will be to **design, model, and validate functional prototypes** that optimize the user experience, facilitating communication between business, design, and technological development teams. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design wireframes, mockups, and low- and high-fidelity interactive prototypes. * Collaborate with UX/UI teams, developers, and QA to validate ideas and requirements. * Apply design thinking methodologies and user testing. * Ensure visual consistency and usability in delivered prototypes. * Propose improvements in customer experience through creative and feasible solutions. **Job Requirements:** * Degree in Design, Digital Communication, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Previous experience as a Prototyper or in UX/UI roles, minimum of 3 years. * Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Sketch (or equivalent). * Knowledge of usability and digital accessibility principles. * Desirable experience in Agile/Scrum work environments. **Competencies** * Creativity and innovation. * Analytical skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Adaptability and proactivity. * We need an autonomous professional with high frustration tolerance, collaborative work skills, and stress management.
